  • While previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred, we're also excited to meet instructors who demonstrate exceptional coaching potential, professionalism, and a commitment to continued learning. If you're newer to teaching but have a strong movement background, we encourage you to apply.

  • No. Experience teaching in a heated environment is a plus, but it's not required. We're looking for instructors who are excited to learn and feel comfortable adapting their teaching style to a heated studio.

  • We welcome instructors certified in Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, Yoga, Strength Training, Dance Fitness, and other related movement disciplines. Applicants who are actively completing a certification program are also encouraged to apply.

  • Yes. Many instructors teach at multiple studios. We simply ask for professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional PulseHaus experience whenever you're teaching with us.

  • Music is central to the PulseHaus experience. While instructors have creative freedom, we're looking for playlists that align with our brand: rhythm-forward, soulful, contemporary, and intentional. During the application process, we'll ask you to share a playlist that reflects your teaching style.
