Studio Policies
Attendance & Scheduling
Class schedules, training dates, and offerings are subject to change.
Advance registration may be required for certain services.
Late arrivals may not be admitted to sessions for safety and flow reasons.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or enrollment.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees.
Conduct & Community Standards
PulseHaus Studios is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from a session or program without refund.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk (Notice)
Participation in any PulseHaus Studios class, private session, workshop, or instructor training program requires agreement to a Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement.
Pilates and movement-based instruction involve inherent physical risks. By participating, individuals acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release PulseHaus Studios from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The full Liability Waiver must be reviewed and accepted prior to participation and is presented during booking, registration, or onboarding.
Participants who do not complete the waiver will not be permitted to participate.
